Returns & Refund Policy

1. Return Authorization Required

All returns must be approved in advance by our Returns Department. Customers must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) prior to returning any product. Returns sent without an RMA may be refused.

2. Return Window

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

3. Eligible Items for Return

Products may be accepted for return if they meet the following conditions:

  • Product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Product is in resalable condition

  • Product was purchased directly from our company

  • RMA has been issued prior to return

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Special order or custom items

  • Clearance or discontinued products

  • Products that have been opened, used, or altered

  • Products returned after the authorized return window

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or customer handling

5. Restocking Fees

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the original purchase price unless the return is due to our error or defective merchandise.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

Customers must report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 5 business days of delivery. Please include photos and a description of the issue when submitting the claim.

If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange for replacement, credit, or refund at our discretion.

7. Shipping Responsibility

Unless the return is due to our error or a verified defect:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

All returns must be shipped freight prepaid to the address provided with the RMA.

8. Inspection & Processing

Returned items will be inspected upon receipt. Once approved, credits or refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as an account credit within 7–14 business days.

Items that do not meet return conditions may be rejected or returned to the customer at their expense.

9. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled prior to shipment. Orders that have already shipped must follow the standard return process.
