Hailee Systems Inc., a Tampa Florida based distributor of gate operators and access control equipment has announced a name change. Jim Marsh and Bobby Estes have reported that on November 5th 2009 they became the sole owners of Hailee Systems Inc. which has been an access control distribution company since April of 2000. The original name, Hailee Systems Inc. came from the third partner who was a silent partner and never participated in the business, but helped with the early financing of the business. Both Marsh and Estes agree that they want the company name to reflect the nature of their business.
Estes further states that Access Distribution Centre Inc. will continue to function in the industry as a company that provides quoting assistance, technical support, and product availability to contractors in the access control industry. ADC will continue to stock and provide the industry with the best commercial, institutional, and residential gate operators along with card readers, keypads, phone systems, and safety devices required for an efficient and safe installation. Our senior technical staff consists of Tom Reynolds and Andre Williams who both have over 20 years of experience in the access control industry. Both have operated their own installation businesses in the past and both were in business during the Stanley era and therefore have experience with a wide range of older equipment and well as new operators being sold today. Both have been with the company since inception in 2000. Our young staff consists of Travis Marsh and Mike Kozina. Under the tutelage of Andre and Tommy, they have become proficient in set up and troubleshooting. They bring a new vitality and energy to the company which allows ADC to offer such services as pre-wiring of accessories and pre running and testing of equipment before shipping. This has been and will always be our practice because it cuts down on field problems for our customers. In addition both Jim Marsh and I have been in the industry since 1989 when we began with Southeastern Access Control. We both called on customers in the access control installation business and gained valuable field experience in designing, quoting, and troubleshooting equipment. Our office manager, Dori Knight pitches in when the phones are busy to insure that a live person answers every call. If all lines are busy the call is switched to a recording which the first person off the phone checks immediately. We all want our customers to feel that we are accessible because we know how important their time is when they are in the field.
